Did Exact Opco, LLC Provide Additional Context or Comments?

We received 112 California privacy requests, and they were largely from third-party companies that purport to assist with these requests. We understand “complied in part” to mean that, in connection with a request to delete or opt out, we reached out to request basic information (like email and phone number, which is the data we would potentially have) and implement the request, as needed. We did not receive any responses. As for the “denied” requests, we were able to investigate those requests and confirm that we lacked any data about the consumer, meaning there was nothing to delete. It is unclear whether that is properly categorized as a “denied” request, so we provide this explanation. Though unrelated, we also implemented deletion requests for consumers in states outside California.
